Information reviewed
House facts supplied by the host and Airbnb; walking times are approximate. Routes are planning examples; check current services before travel.
Two families: a floor each
Each upper floor sleeps up to six: 2F has a two-person double bedroom and a four-person tatami bedroom; 3F has two three-person rooms. This is a room-allocation idea, not two independent apartments: you share the entrance, stairs and ground-floor living space.
A bathing area on 2F and another on 3F; one separate toilet on each floor, 1F, 2F and 3F.
There is no elevator. All bedrooms are on 2F or 3F and require indoor stairs. Consider this before booking with young children, older guests or anyone with limited mobility.
How 8, 10 or 12 guests might share the rooms
The examples below use the existing seven beds only. Agree who shares a double bed before booking; do not assume extra beds or additional occupancy.
- 8 guests
- An example is 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 across the four bedrooms.
- 10 guests
- An example is 2 + 4 + 2 + 2, keeping the tatami room together for a family.
- 12 guests
- The full room plan is 2 + 4 + 3 + 3, using all five double and two single beds.
A kitchen, laundry and a place to catch up
The listing includes a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, washing machine, detergent, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. These are practical for breakfast at home and washing travel clothes; check the photos rather than assuming banquet seating for 12.

Build your Osaka days around one home base
These are flexible itinerary ideas, not timed packages. Confirm tickets, opening days and each person’s energy levels before combining activities.
- Arrival day
- Kansai Airport Rapid to Taisho, settle in, then an easy meal in the neighbourhood or at TUGBOAT TAISHO.
- Theme-park day
- Universal Studios Japan via Nishikujo; agree on a return plan before splitting into ride groups.
- City day
- Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for shopping and food, or a family visit to Kaiyukan via Bentencho.
- Event day
- Keep the day flexible around the concert or game at Kyocera Dome, then walk back together.
Frequently asked questions
Is an entire house always cheaper than hotels?
Not always. Compare the full Airbnb price for your dates and guest count, room sharing, stairs and location with your alternatives.
Can we store bags outside check-in times?
Ask the host before planning around luggage storage; it is not confirmed as an included service.
Can we hold a party?
Follow the current Airbnb house rules. A private house is a place to stay together, not a promise of party permission.
